HOW WE STORE YOUR DATA AND WHO WE INFORM ABOUT THEM

Your personal and non-personal data are stored only on computer storage spaces, belonging to us and / or used by third-party companies, for which we expect and demand an appropriate level of protection.

For this reason, we only transfer and communicate the data to third parties whose storage spaces we use (HOSTING Google Cloud, Televideocom, CriticalCase, OVH).

WHAT WE PROCESS THE DATA FOR

We process and store your personal and non-personal data for:

  • The whole time in which you avail of our services
  • The whole time that is useful and corresponds, at most, to the statutory limitation period required by Italian law for you to exercise your rights, and for us to fulfil our legal obligations, to be counted from your last interaction with us (for example, when you visited our platform or you interacted with our services for the last time)
  • The whole time that is useful and necessary for ascertaining liability in the event of computer crimes against our platforms or platforms of our business partners.

After this time, your data is permanently rendered anonymous, so as not to be traceable back to you.

HOW WE PROTECT YOU

We protect your personal data by taking all the technical and administrative security measures we deem appropriate and reducing the risk of loss, incorrect use, unauthorised access, disclosure and tampering with data.

We have also established general rules within our business group, binding on all the companies connected to it, with which we are committed to protecting your personal data and observing our privacy obligations in the best way we can.

If we work with a business partner who is not part of our group, we demand assurances from them that they will comply with the measures necessary to protect the processing of your data in accordance with the GDPR.

We have performed a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) with reference to automatic profiling and automated processing pursuant to Article 35 of the GDPR, which you can consult by sending a request to the DPO.
